Ingrid Holvoet is a psychic and enrgetic therapist. She has developed a personal development technique and called it LTA.
LTA stands for Liberty - Truth - Ability.
It means that people are freed from patterns
and that they can think and act freely (Liberty),
find the right truth on the basis of energies
(Truth) instead of the so-called truth that the patterns make a person believe in, and reach
the highest possible level of ability (Ability).
The Cosmology
According to the insights of LTA, man is a soul in a body. The soul incarnates into a body and leaves the body when that person dies. Then it incarnates into another body. The soul is kept prisoner in an eternal reincarnation cycle. More or less the same events occur in every life.
The Soul is surrounded by millions of layers of matter which have accumulated over vast periods of time. This matter can be seen as negative patterns in the subconscious which when peeled away reveal the Soul's natural powers and abilities.
Ingrid's views about the universe are not derived from reading books or by blindly following past doctrines: She directly sees the realities that she describes with a rare clairvoyant perception.

What is the Self Treatment?
Self Treatment involves concentrating on Ingrid Holvoet in order to connect with her energies.
The energies break down/peel off the negative substance that has accumulated around your Soul. By breaking down this substance the positive energies and abilities of your Soul are liberated and made available to you.
How do I apply the Self Treatment?
"When applying the self-treatment, you use the energies that surround me ( Ingrid Holvoet ) to break down patterns or blockages in your subconscious mind."
The free psychic therapy is easy to receive. All you have to do is think of Ingrid in a concentrated way. You then make contact with her energies which, layer by layer, peel of the negative patterns that surround you.
It is possible to apply the self-treatment method while you are doing something else, (many people do this), e.g. while you are doing the ironing, mowing the lawn or on the train.
For applying the self-treatment, it is usually easier to connect with Ingrid if you have a picture of her in view.
Look at the picture and ask:
"Ingrid, send me energy"
or
"send me energy to remedy problem X".
You should repeat the questions in order to keep contact with her energies.
Other variations:
"Help me, send me energy, destroy my patterns."

You can make a list of all the items that are important to you and put it in front of you while you apply the self-treatment method and look at it regularly.
Then continue:
"I have this or that problem... help me, send me energy."
For example:
"Break the pattern of my food addiction"
"Remove the blockages concerning the rows with my mother"
Helping Others
"When someone does it for somebody else (from a distance), the energies also affect the person that applies the technique. For example, a parent can do it for his/her child. The parent is not with me at that particular moment, and the child is not with its parent at that moment. Everything happens from a distance."
If you use the self-treatment method for somebody else, it may help if you place a picture of Ingrid in front of you, next to a picture of the person for whom you work.
Look at Ingrid's picture and ask:
"send energy to person Y"
or
"send energy to person Y to remedy problem Z".
You should repeat the questions in order to keep contact with the energies.
Results
Summing up the problems you have only helps to concentrate on the process. It does not mean that the problems for which you ask help are worked on first. What is in the upper layers of the subconscious mind is affected first, even if you ask help for specific problems. Hence you do not apply the self-treatment method to solve a certain problem quickly but to evolve in general.
Best results occur with long concentrated practice. However it is not always easy to be be highly motivated and be able to concentrate deeply for a long time. In spite of this there are people that work with this method for a couple of hours a day. Around 20% of the people feel something somewhere (for instance, an energy around them, a warmth, a certain peace of mind, a tingle, a contact...); others feel nothing at all. That makes it difficult to apply the technique because while you do, you cannot feel and see anything, you just have to think of Ingrid/connect with her energies. Nevertheless, some people can work with it very well and they achieve good results.
Quite a lot of people have reported, that when doing the LTA self treatment at night, before going to bed, sleep comes much more easily and sleep during the night is better. People sleep deeper, tend to awaken less during the night and have a more peaceful sleep. When people awake at night and do self treatment, it helps to fall asleep again faster.
Please note that people can be categorized into 3 basic groups: fast, medium and slow. Members of the slow group have vastly more matter surrounding their Soul so progress is much slower than it is for the fast group. Do not be discouraged if results seem to be lacking at first: layer upon layer of negative matter are being removed from you and your problems will be resolved in the long term (a few years) with persistant self treatment.
Be alert to all possible changes
It is important to be alert to the various changes that occur and not just to concentrate on one theme. It is possible that this item is located in deeper layers, in which case there will be no change in the short term. An item that is located in the deeper layers will not be affected until the themes in the upper layers have been peeled off.
When you apply the self-treatment method, my energies will go to several patterns (or issues) in your subconscious mind and break off pieces of those patterns. When you concentrate on a certain issue, it may be affected or not. And even if it is affected, it may still take a long time before there is an improvement. Other issues may improve first because the matter to be peeled off with regard to this specific issue is much larger than that of other issues and because the specific issue is located in much deeper layers in the subconscious mind so that many more hours of work are needed to break it.
Sometimes almost all the layers of a pattern have to be peeled off before a change occurs. There may be a temporary improvement because a number of layers have been peeled off, but the problem will return later. In that case you must continue the treatment in order to destroy the next layers.
We aim to spend a lot of time on self-treatment. There is an enormous amount of patterns in the subconscious mind. They consist of large amounts of matter. Therefore many hours of work are required to break them.
It is useful that you carefully fill in the questionnaire before you start the therapy. Additional things that you notice should be added at a later point in time. That is important because you will get an overview of the situation at the start of the therapy. That makes it easier to assess the results. It also helps to keep a diary.
If you notice any change, write it down immediately.
Changes may occur quickly in the beginning, but they will occur less quickly after some time. That is because the patterns that consist of small packages of matter change quickly. Once they have been removed, the patterns that are much larger and that take much longer to peel off are dealt with. When there is a period during which you get few results, you can draw courage from the changes you have written down already.
Write down the number of hours you work per day. After 50 hours you take a look at the list with answers to the questions. Write down the changes in a different colour. That helps you to make a correct assessment of the results. Like I said before, it is not always the issue that is the most important to you that changes first. To assess the results, you must view the whole and not just one or a few items. You should be happy with the things that change first and remember that also the other issues will improve at a later point in time. You should draw courage from the changes that have occurred already. Do not focus on the results that have not yet been achieved. Just continue to use the technique.
My story:
In May 2006 I tried to kill myself. I felt a deep inner pain, tearing me apart. I did not want to live anymore. Nothing in this world was worth living for. I wrote a goodbye letter and took an overdose of medication. I woke up in hospital. A psychiatrist tried to have a conversation with me.
After a few days, I was sent home with a box of Prozac and a letter for a psychiatrist. Because I had such a strong longing for death, the latter suggested that I be admitted in a psychiatric hospital. As far as I was concerned, I could not care less, I just wanted to die.
Then some afternoon, when I was alone at home, I was browsing on the Internet and came across the LTA Personal Development website. I tried the self-treatment and noticed some difference already after a couple of days.
I also felt the need to talk about my problems to someone I did not know, someone who would not consider me crazy or something.

I also started to apply the self-treatment for my daughter. She is a borderline patient, and has always had difficult relationships. She has made some huge progress now. In a few months’ time, a manifest change in her attitude was to be noticed. And now, she has met a sweet husband as well. Recently, I have started to apply the self-treatment for my granddaughter as well. She has become much more relaxed. My relationship with my husband has improved quite a lot.

I have heard about the self-treatment method and I have started applying it. I have been trying this technique for four weeks now. I do it while I am working (it does not affect my work) for about five hours a day. Although I am not always that concentrated while I am doing it, my thoughts sometimes wander off. I started with self-treatment about one year ago. I apply the treatment half an hour to one hour a day, from Mondays to Fridays.
When I am working with the picture, I feel a reaction in my body. I more specifically feel some sort of tingling on my shoulder blade, as soon as I start the treatment.
